The success of BureauServe depends very much on the integrity, quality and commitment of its entire staff.

BureauServe employs reliable and committed staff to provide services to both professionals and workers from overseas. Therefore they must have the pleasant demeanour and trained to handle people from different culture and education level other than carrying out the work.

The goal of our human resource policy is to attract, motivate and retain the best staff capable of handling the various services that we provide. Therefore pleasant appearance, good temperament and reliable team worker are of importance.

In recognition, as well as a tool to encourage staff excellence service, we have a number of service awards given out for excellent service recognition.

To make the company a great workplace, like a second home, numerous company­ organised activities are specially arranged for staff to celebrate during the many local festive occasions. Together with our the monthly 'Lunch Day' and 'Fruit Day', all these functions help to foster a healthy, happy and a closer knitted staff.

Staff Training

Since providing excellent service is the central role of our company, it is imperative that all staff are systematically and continuously trained through in-house and external courses, regular morning roll-calls and visual aids provided at their workstations.

We have dedicated and experienced Training Executives to conduct in-house induction training for new staff.

Internal Induction Training Program for new hires to thoroughly equip them on the operation tasks in the respective sections. This is done through teaching, guiding, mentoring and retraining.

External Training courses are arranged for staff to enhance their competence. We hire recognised and certified training organizations such Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), Capelle Academy and Civil Service College certified training partners.

A testament to our commitment to maintain an excellent quality management system, BS is accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification.

BUREAUSERVE is committed to providing all our staff and visitors with a healthy and safe environment. BS is certified to BizSafe Level 3.

In January 2016, BS is certified as an ECO office by the Singapore Environment Council in recognition of our exemplary effort to go green.
